Corrections policy

Mistakes happen. Here's how to report one and how we fix it — in the open.

Report a mistake

Email info@zynverse.com with:

  1. The page link
  2. What is wrong
  3. The official source that shows the correct information (for specs, the maker's page)

What we do

  • We re-check the value against the official source, usually within 3 working days.
  • If we were wrong, we fix it and keep the old value in our history.
  • If the maker changed its page, we update the value and the "checked" date.
  • In articles, significant corrections are noted at the end with the date.

What we won't change

We won't replace an official value with an unofficial one (for example a benchmark or a leak), and we won't change a score or a recommendation because someone asks — only the published formula decides those.
