Who we are

Zynverse (zynverse.com) is run by Zynable ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email info@zynverse.com.

The short version

  • You don't need an account to use Zynverse.
  • Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
  • We don't sell your personal data.
  • If you post an opinion, we publish the name you choose and your text — never your email address.

What we collect and why

Data When Why Legal basis (EU/UK)

Your market (zv_country) When you pick a market Show prices and shops for your country Legitimate interests
Affiliate click: product, shop, country, time, and a one-way daily code When you click a "where to buy" link Count clicks and unique clicks; we do not store your IP address with it Legitimate interests
Opinion: name you choose, rating, text, a one-way code of your email, country, a one-way daily visitor code When you post an opinion Publish your opinion, stop spam and duplicate posts Consent (you choose to post)
Email messages you send us When you write to us Reply and keep a record Legitimate interests
Advertising and analytics cookies (for example Google) Only after you accept Show and measure ads; understand how the site is used Consent

We store a one-way code (hash) of your email for opinions — we can't turn it back into your address and we never show it.

Advertising and affiliate partners

When advertising is switched on and you accept it, ad partners such as Google may set cookies to show and measure ads. Google's use of data is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, ad and analytics storage stays denied. Where required we show a certified consent tool (CMP).

When you click a shop link, you leave Zynverse and the shop's own privacy policy applies. The shop may use cookies to know you came from us.

Videos

YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Until then, nothing is loaded from YouTube.

How long we keep data

  • Server and error logs: about 14 days, then rotated out.
  • Affiliate click counts: kept as statistics; they contain no IP address.
  • Opinions: until you ask us to delete them or we remove them for breaking the community guidelines.
  • Emails: as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, Saudi Arabia's PDPL, Pakistan's laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@zynverse.com — we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We do not "sell" or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California law, except through ad cookies you have accepted; you can withdraw that at any time in Cookie settings.

Where data is stored

The site runs on a virtual server rented from Hostinger. Ad and analytics partners may process data in other countries under their own safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses).

Children

Zynverse is a general-audience site. Opinions may only be posted by people aged 16 or over. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, keep admin access restricted, store only one-way codes where we can, and keep software up to date. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Important changes are also announced on the site.
