What Zynverse is
Zynverse is an information service: product specifications, comparisons, scores, prices, news and guides. We are not a shop. We don't sell products, take orders or handle payments, deliveries, returns, repairs or warranties.
Accuracy of information
We take specs from official sources and show the source, but makers change specs, regions differ and mistakes happen. Information is provided "as is". Before you buy, check the maker's and the shop's own pages. Prices shown may have changed since we checked them; the shop's price at checkout is the one that counts. See the disclaimer.
Scores, advisor and games
The Zynverse Score, value ranking and budget advisor are calculated from published specs and real prices with a public formula. They are tools to help you decide, not professional advice and not a promise that a product suits you.
Links to shops and other sites
Some links are affiliate links (see the affiliate disclosure). Shops and other sites are run by others; their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, products or service.
Your opinions and other posts
When you post an opinion you:
- confirm you are 16 or older and that what you write is honest and your own;
- keep ownership of your text but give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, display and moderate it on Zynverse and our social channels;
- agree to the community guidelines. We may edit for length, refuse or remove any post.
Acceptable use
Don't: scrape or copy the database in bulk, overload the site, try to break security, post spam, malware or unlawful content, or pretend to be someone else. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The site design, texts, scores, compiled data, logos and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote small parts with a link back to the page. Product names, logos and images belong to their owners; see the copyright policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
