Announced vs released

Announced = the day the maker revealed the phone. Released = the day it went on sale (often a few weeks later).

Announced is the date the maker officially revealed the phone. Released is when it first went on sale — often 1–4 weeks later, and it can differ by country. Zynverse shows both when the maker states them.
